NATIVE RUSSIAN SPEAKERS’ SPEECH CULTURE DEVELOPMENT AS A RESPONSE TO MODERN CHALLENGES

Rationale is the search for an answer to question that concerns many today, whether it possible ensure security of individual and state as a whole by means language in communicative space filled with threats different nature.
 The aim study prove raising speech culture level extremely relevant field knowledge sphere practical competences face new challenges modernity should become subject closer comprehension not only specialists but also native speakers Russian language, since contemporary one components national well-being.
 Materials methods. data used are works on speech, orthology, communicativism, legislative acts, well various linguistic factual materials inherent modern discourse. analysis was carried out descriptive, stylistic, statistical, contextual methods; material observation questioning.
